San Diego, Calif. – The College Board is a mission-driven not-for-profit organization that connects students to college success and opportunity. In December 2013, the organization began its Supplier Diversity Program , which ensures that diverse enterprises have equal opportunities to participate in its procurement and bidding process.
College Board representatives attended the October 2015 National Minority Supplier Development Council conference in San Diego, Calif., at the invitation of the NY/NJ MSDC. The conference afforded the College Board the opportunity to build business relationships with MBEs nationwide, which included California-based Strategic Business Communications, Inc. (SBC). Shortly after, the College Board included SBC in its procurement process for sign language interpretation services.
The College Board and SBC are now proud to announce that SBC has been awarded a College Board contract through the Supplier Diversity Program. SBC delivered impeccable service at a competitive price. SBC will likely have more opportunities to do business with the College Board.
